Boots own-brand cosmetics, personal care and household products are now Leaping Bunny approved.

Cruelty Free International exclaim that this is the biggest range of Leaping Bunny approved products on the high street - including over 500 beauty, skincare, personal care and grooming products.

Reports in June 2023 highlighted that Boots’ strong sales performance were driven by their own-brand product range - with their ‘Everyday’ essentials own-brand range seeing a 40% volume growth. 

Could this announcement be the catalyst for a wider adoption of Leaping Bunny approved products? 

Perhaps we are moving towards a time where Leaping Bunny approved products (or at least a proper cruelty-free certification) will be the norm, rather than the exception. 

Could having a high-quality cruelty-free certification become essential to compete, instead of being a USP?
