Shaun the Sheep encourages kids to eat their veg

The team at Veg Power, who are behind the “Eat Them to Defeat Them” campaign, have partnered with Aardman to get kids excited about eating more veg.

Shaun the Sheep inspired materials have been created to elevate the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, which is a holiday programme for children eligible for free school meals, attended by 730,000 kids. 

The resources are available to be used by HAF providers and there are take-home materials for the kids. 

“80% of our children are not eating enough vegetables, with a third eating less than one portion a day,” says Veg Power.
